Your comprehensive examination appointment with Dr. David Sims will last for a full hour. David will perform a full mouth examination, cancer screening and any necessary x-rays. He records previous dentistry you may have received and takes photographs to aid communication when he discusses your particular situation in detail with you.

David will formulate a full treatment plan and then review a range of management options in order to provide the level of care you prefer while addressing your specific concerns. David tries to complete this in the first visit; however, depending on the complexity of your needs, he may require more information and time than one visit will allow in order to create a comprehensive treatment plan for you.  So that David can do this properly, it may be necessary to schedule a follow-up consultation to further discuss your needs.
